Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the organisation or market stall you mention, what you are interested in, and your message.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

To answer your enquiry, to arrange product samples or a pilot, and to keep in touch about that request. Nothing else.

We will not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Our forms are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which passes your message to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems in transit and is handled under their own privacy terms.

If you would rather not use the form, email or WhatsApp us directly using the details above.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we are in contact with you about the request, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation again. When it is no longer useful, we delete it.
